Mantrailing Twisted Trails

Service Description

Short Skills-based Mantrailing Progression workshops for dogs confident with scent article starts. The session will include 2 short trails (<~100m) that will either be - - technical and advanced for experienced teams or; - an opportunity to build confidence on shorter trails for less experienced teams, or - a shorter session for those with injuries or lack of time which make longer trails difficult, or - or you can book a short and a long session on the same day to give you a full day's trailing fun! Sessions will be approximately 2 hours (less if the session is not full). Your dog will need to be able to wear a Y-shaped harness and be able to wait quietly in your vehicle between trails. Please note that Mantrailing is a group activity and we need at least 3 guests to run trails to a human trail layer. If we only have two attendees and no additional trail layers available we will run scent article finds. Some technical trails will utilise scent article finds anyway. A session may not go ahead in extreme weather conditions. We will run courses between forecast temperatures of 0 - 25oC however so please ensure you have suitable equipment to manage the comfort of you and your dog. If we need to cancel due to extreme weather you will receive a voucher to schedule another session. Joining instructions will be sent closer to the start date.
